spin wdDescription. The WD External Drive does not spin up. Tries to spin but clicks. Is not seen when connected to a USB port of a computer.I have a 4 TB WD Elements desktop external drive. I think this drive is set to pose downspin down after a period of non-use, correct? If so, is it possible to turn off that capability?
