Is it possible to make a horizontal NumberPicker?

number pickerIs there any attribute to tell a (standard) NumberPicker to stop after its last value? E.g. if my MinValue was 0 and my MaxValue was 5 the NumberPicker just repeats itself afterFeatures of this random picker. Lets you pick a number between 1 and 100. Use the startstop to achieve true randomness and add the luck factor.
